Anyone set a rectangular cushion landscape rather than portrait?

Hi there - hey does anyone have any pics of a cushion set in landscape (longest part of the diamond sitting left to right across the finger, rather than up and down)?
I have seen a few ovals set like this with some side stones and i think they look beautiful. I wondered if anyone here has one? In particular has anyone ''haloed'' their cushion in the landscape position?
Is there any negatives to doing it this way? And if not, why do I only ever see ''portrait'' settings?

tiger''s ring is the only one I can think of off the top of my head that is set e/w, it doesn''t have a halo though.

I have a slightly rectangular cushion halo but it''s set n/s.

Fs... something. I can''t recall the screen name. Yes, there are quite a few east west ovals. And at least one or two Leon''s set that way in a halo. Have you looked on the Art of Platinum gallery? ERD has done a couple as well. Good luck!

Thanks folks, they look lovely... hmm I have been thinking about which way i want to set my avc cushion with a halo... east/west seems to give more finger coverage

but i wasn''t sure if it would look weird...
