Anyone know who designed this mount?

Does anybody know who designed this mount? I believe its Tiffany but I'm really not sure. If it is a Tiffany, from what collection is it? Thanks

Are you asking who designed it originally? I dont think that ring is a tiffanys. The prongs dont look right to me.

But again I would just like to know who originally designed it. I think it comes from an older collection of Tiffany.

It looks like the Roseco Cathedral.

It is definitely not the classic Tiffany setting. the style is called a cathedral with Tiffany style head (non-integrated) as opposed to a cathedral with basket head/integrated.
