Anyone know where to buy ancient coin pendant?

I've been looking online for an ancient biblical coin I would like it set in a pendant for my fiance. I've found some but a lot of them have diamonds. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to look. I'm nervous about buying when it says the coin will be similar and am worried I won't be able to see anything, it will be worn and smooth.
