Anyone know where I can find smaller diamonds??

My husband bought me a ring for our upcoming anniversary, but we'd like to replace the diamonds...There are 15 .02 diamonds on the band, and Im trying to figure out where I can buy smaller diamonds. I got a quote from our local jeweler who said it'd start at about $500, but that's far more than what we were looking to spend since the ring was already expensive....Any help would be great!!! Thanks!!!
