Anyone heard of Gem Tech Lab?

I'm considering a secondhand ring. The diamond doesn't come with a GIA report, but one from Gem Tech Lab (which I understand is based in Switzerland).

How strict is their grading? Comparable with GIA/ AGS or is it more akin to EGL?
