I''ve been dealing with a company in Antwerp to purchase a diamond. I am travelling to Antwerp to pick up a diamond later this year. I noticed that they advertise the price on the internet and when questioned they said that this price did not include the VAT 21%. Is this legal considering Paul''s answer to the recent Antwerp question posed? Does anybody have any experience or advise in getting a diamond from belgium?
