WHILE I love fat bottoms , this pear is starting to look like an egg, and looks like it's inching towards an oval shaped. I like the original one better, and I hope it will be everything you want and then some when you see it in real life!

I prefer the second one! And lovely as it is I think you can do even better if you wanted to go the chunky antique route.
