Another praise for DCLA

Hi

I would just like to praise the DCLA just like many other posters before me. I had an enquiry and rang them today (Saturday). I was suprised to find that although the Lab was closed the call was diverted. Roy answered the phone and was more than happy to answer my questions even though he was spending time with his family.

But unlike many of us in retail - I am at work still sat 5pm, and am working every day since last monday until Xmas eve
