I have ruled out Peter, Barry, Gary, Gene and Jeff. I am guessing Dan Stair.

I guess the anonymous cutter has chosen to remain anonymous otherwise there'll be lots of ladies waiting to stake him out on a fire ants' nest (as Barry likes to say) for not having first option on it!

I was after a peridot Asscher, but found a stunning ~4 ct. square cushion with a stepped pavilion, so I''m hemming and hawing over that one. I''ve got it on hold, though, but I have only a few days to figure it out.

Mochi - gorgeous, lovely and WOW!

Funnily enough I always think of Asschers as stand-alone gems but in the photo next to the Amethyst I suddenly wondered what a 3 stone Asscher pendant would look like with the tourmaline, amethyst and one other! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Yummy!

LD...I wish I can just say who it is, he deserves the credit for such a beautiful job. I can hint and say that this is a first purchase from this particular cutter and he is such a nice man. He answered my email so fast and was so efficient.

I think pink an purple looks pretty, also!!

I have a sneaking suspicion we may have seen another rather large Asscher cut (in blue) from this cutter recently?????

I have seen your Afghan Green Toumaline. Didn''t Gary cut that one? I love it!

I don''t want it to be too dark. This anonymous cutter has a couple of different toumaline asshers (mint green and a gorgeous light green) listed on his website.

Peridot asscher is beautiful. I hope you get it so that you can post bunches of pictures!!

Not sure yet. But I do take it out of the box frequently and play with it, like a pet rock.

I would love to make a pendant with the amethyst, though.
