Out of interest, how did you decide on the sizing of this bangle? As in, does it come in pre-made sizes of 15/16/17 etc or did BR take your wrist measurements to get to a perfect size and shape?

I will try to get close ups of the setting work. It is seriously difficult to photograph!

Briony and I spoke on the phone and based on the size of my other bangles she had a rough idea what my size would be. They shipped me three sizers. I ended up going up one from what we thought based on my other bangles, though I suspect her guess would have been great as well.

Briony and I spoke on the phone and based on the size of my other bangles she had a rough idea what my size would be. They shipped me three sizers. I ended up going up one from what we thought based on my other bangles, though I suspect her guess would have been great as well.

So fabulous that they had sizers to send to you! Wrist measurements are key of course, but it also depends on how far down the hand you want a bracelet to land. Love this!
 
Wow! So elegant! I especially like the way the graduation tricks the eye into believing the stones are all the same size. It has such presence on your wrist!

I think that’s my favorite as well. So far though, I’ve been wearing it alone most of all! I’m sure I will start wearing the stacks in earnest before too long, though!

I love it solo! So elegant and you can really appreciate the workmanship of it on its own.

I’ve been thinking about getting a line of diamonds for the wrist, and was wondering how you decided on a bangle vs a tennis bracelet please?

Also, do you find that with the diamonds being on the top half, what your eyes usually see is the side profile of your wrist so you see where the diamonds end and it becomes plain metal? Does that affect anything?

Hey! Oooh I think you would love a line of diamonds on the wrist!

I decided on bangle vs tennis very simply. My husband told me to get something I could wear with everything. Something that would mix and match well. I wear more bangles than chain style bracelets and I don’t always love mixing the two. Also, the other big thing is that to me, tennis reads dressier. Bangle seems more casual somehow, and my life is very casual at the moment. I wear it with yoga pants or jeans and it is perfect. I wear it with a dress and it is perfect.

Yes you do see the side profile with a bangle but it does not bother me. This particular bangle is just so beautifully made that I enjoy it from whatever angle. It’s kind of nice to see different things from side vs top.

Thanks! I bought a pre-loved Tiffany continuous DBTY chain bracelet from Japan but I think you’re right - it feels dressier and I’m a bit worried it won’t hold up well to daily wear (esp as I’m too lazy to take it off whilst sleeping or exercising).

The trouble is finding something set with diamonds that’s very well protected…

BR’s bangle seems to have the diamonds very well protected! I feel comfortable wearing it all the time (though i don’t sleep in it). Might be worth reaching out….
 
@Tonks I forgot all about this thread and just popped in to say that I received my BR diamond bangle and I adore it! It is so very well crafted, smooth as silk, and gorgeous. It goes with everything, and I especially love that it sparkles like crazy. Thank you for being my enabler!
