Here is my new upgrade better pics later when my hubby can do it for me. I don''t know how yall get such good shots. It is a 1.53 carat rb near ideal cut (I will put in the specs later I still don''t quite know how to read them) J color slight yellow to it (sacrificed color for cut and clarity how ever I like the warmer color) Vs 2 some flor. Why does the diamond seam dark in my photos? And how does everyone get such good close ups ?
Yes its an x prong and I''ll have more photos later when my hubby can take them my dig camera does not like me. Oh here are some more of my rings a 3 ct emerald with 12 diamond 1 pointers and a sapphire ring my hubby first gave me when we where dating. When I get good at taking photos I''ll get the rest of my collection.
Here is some pis of my cognac diamond Im haveing set for my mom and a green gold star sapphire I dont know what to do with. Will post more of upgradepics if I can get some decent pics!!!
If any of you could tell me some tricks to get good photos It would be helpful.
Angel, I have heard the great photogs here say to use macro mode, the little flower icon on the back of the camera, no flash and take the pic in sunlight if possible and use a tripod or some sort of stabilizer for the camera. HTH.
Oh Lorelei the emerald ring is from the 1920 ''s original setting. The diamonds are e color vs1 clarity however the emerald is not the best quality there are quite a few inclusions in the stone I don''t think it has been treated in any way. I fell in love with it and had to have it, I love the estate sells here in south Florida.
Can I ask what size fingers you have? We are looking at the Vatche X-prong as well, but we keep debating on what size stone to put in it so that it looks ok on my 5.75 size finger.
Your upgrade is gorgeous! I love X-Prong style rings, and the color coming from your stone in those shots is just yummy...Yup, we definitely need more pictures!
