amethyst in rose gold?

Thanks Crasru! It''s a green tourmaline cut by Barry Bridgestock, and the setting is from Jewe2004 on ebay. Here''s the original thread, though my pictures in that one aren''t as good! Link

cell, if I decide to go with a LOGR mounting for my cushion tanzanite, that''s the one I would order. I fell in love with it when I saw your morganite in the same setting. (Sorry for the tiny threadjack Kay!)

Gorgeous ring, BEG. The rose gold really makes it stand out, even in your fab collection. The 2nd ring from the left in the front row caught my eye -- is that a tourmaline?

Kay, I actually hadn''t intended to set the amethyst - I had gotten the rose gold LOGR for my cushion cut morganite. But I love the combo, and hope to add that to my collection someday!

I have to say, although I love amethysts, I wasn''t too crazy about amethyst/rose gold combinations. But now it has grown up on me. Just awsome!
