Amazing custom designers in Canada?

Hello all,

Does anyone know of any amazing custom designers in Canada? I''m looking to have a setting made and it would be easier for me if they were in Canada (hopefully in the Toronto area)!

i don''t know of any personally, but canuk-gal is also in Canada. though i believe she is further west than you if i remember correctly. she may be of help though!

Excellent memory Icekid--thank you! And yes, I am in the West--Calgary in specific; but maybe I''ll ask another PS''er (Gale) if she knows of anyone. I know that one INternet vendor, USA Certed has an office in Thornhill Ont, but does use a benchman in TO for his work--I wonder that name is listed on his website. Also, Raddygast (another PS''er) mentioned the name of a designer he wanted to use to set his Spinel--in one of his posts, but you would have to search his name and get the details--as I simply cannot recall who it was (Linda ...?). If I remember her ful name I''ll post it later.

they have beautiful rings, accept your own purchased diamond(s), and I believe can do custom work

HI again:

The full name of the jeweller Raddygast mentioned in TO, was Linda Penwarden. As for the other jewellers I mentioned earlier, I gleaned the USA Certed site, it states that Martin (USA Certed Boss) uses Simon Bonin and Kevin Zavian; but it does not state where these jewellers are actually located. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

I live in Edmonton and we are using Al-Brite Manufacturing. They are being awesome so far and REASONABLE! The ring is almost done and I have seen it. The craftsmanship is beautiful.

I went through USA Certed here in TO for my engagement ring...I have the name of the guy and his number if you like which I got from Martin. It's also the same jeweller that Gale (another PS'er) highly recommended to me and I highly recommend. I've referred 2 others to him and they are really happy with his work.
