@ missy-wishing you the same! Whatever the specialist says-it may not be an all or nothing thing. It may take awhile to get your body back into balance but you may be able to add small amounts of the things you like back in at some point. I hope that for you!

Thank you ladies. I am weak and just had some almonds. I rarely am hungry like this in the AM and since I started restricting nuts and beans and corn I am hungry much of the time. Not fun at all. And I just had 2 cups of my delicious black coffee. I am feeling defeated but only temporarily hopefully. Just do not like this feeling of hunger and that is so not my MO. Used to feeling satiated till I reduced much of the variety of what I eat. I am a picky eater and I guess now given so many less options I do not feel satisfied.
