A diamond that I have on hold from a jeweler on Philadelphia's jeweler's row comes with an AGA Certificate. While the signature notes that the appraiser is a "Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and Member NAJA", it's not a GIA certificate. Is there any risk here that I should be concerned with? I can't find anything online with similar specs for the price, so something seems too good to be true here.

Here's what the AGA Certificate says:

Shape: Oval
Weight: 2.43 ct
Dimensions: 10.07 x 7.41 x 4.98
Depth: 67.2%
Table: 54.5%
Moderate blue UV flourescence
Slightly thick to thick faceted girdle
Closed cutlet

GIA Color: F
GIA Clarity: SI2
AGA Cutting/proportions grade: 2b, ranging from 1a to 3a
Polish: Very good
Symmetry: Very good
