Talked it over with the girlfriend. Without going into every detail she seems to like a whiter color, so I'm going to go with diamond 2.

Cannot expresss how helpful everyone on this thread has been and how much I've learned from price scope. You guys rock! I'll be sure to post photos when the rock comes in.

Just got the rock today. Took a hard look at the GIA numbers and everything. Here are some pics! Just dropped it off to be set in a ring. Should be done in about a week or two.
