Actual measurements of Tiffany Embrace 3mm band?

Wondering if anyone here has the medium size / 3mm Tiffany Embrace shared prong diamond band or eternity and its actual measurements? I’d like to have one custom made with 2.7mm stones, but before pulling the trigger I’d prefer to know what the height / depth is for the Tiffany. I stopped into the store to try on and make sure the thickness of the eternity was comfortable between the fingers - unfortunately they only had a full size smaller than my size to cram onto my finger so I really couldn’t tell for certain. It didn’t seem too thick but I know a larger size will make a huge difference, and I have no idea if their stones are exactly 3mm or not. Hoping someone here has one of these rings and calipers or some way of measuring. I’ve searched everywhere - past threads, used on eBay etc - so far I’ve only seen the minimal description Tiffany has listed on their website. Thank you!

I bought a 7 stone embrace that will be here tomorrow that I can measure with my caliper if someone else doesn’t answer before then I searched all over before I bought it too and couldn’t find anymore information

Well, that was my hope, I sure do love the look... but could you please share what the issue is? Maybe I could have a better version designed ? but it seems like the metal is rounded and smooth and prong tips are in between the stones... or is it the stones that damage the engagement ring metal? Thank you!

I see, thank you - fortunately I had my e ring designed with the prongs starting up higher on top of the donut, so most bands won’t be an issue. I mainly did it for looks because I learned with a previous e ring that I love seeing the profile view of the e ring, without a band covering it. But now I know I’ll definitely need to consider the height/depth of the shared prong band. Thanks again!

Width at diamonds 2.75, width at prongs 2.3, height at diamonds 2.7, height at prongs 2.8.

I see, thank you - fortunately I had my e ring designed with the prongs starting up higher on top of the donut, so most bands won’t be an issue. I would still be careful! I have the 7 stone embrace in my avatar and when my three stone leans to the side in certain hand positions, it almost touches the girdles. I always wear it with my 2mm Tiffany classic band. You can hardly notice the plain band straight on. I would say it's less noticeable in person than my avatar. (Please excuse my poor ole arthritic hands!)

ETA I just looked at my receipt and this one is 3mm.

Yeah, thank you - I was just checking measurements and reading all the way through that thread txborn79 pointed me to... not feeling so sure now! I might go with smaller stones if I stick with the shared prong basket style. Bummer! But thankful for so much good info here

No problem! And maybe you have allowed enough for it with the higher prongs. I would just go to the store and test drive the entire set. Try to tilt your engagement ring back and forth and see if you've got the same issue. (I hope that makes sense, hard to explain!

Good luck and please come back with photos! PS When you have it made, I would definitely check out the profile posted above. It seems like it is thicker on the top of the circle where the stones are and has a gentle taper to the finger side. I didn't consider the full eternity, but I wonder if the full is taller all the way around?
