About to take the plunge - what is the knock on this stone?

First time poster - I have been eyeing this stone for some time to propose sometime this year and just wanted to get your thoughts. The vendor did not have an IS or ASET available. Is there anything I should be concerned about based on the image and specs? Thanks!

I really want extra assurance provided the IS/ASET when I spend ~15k

edit: nm.. found it. Pricing is attractive considering the 4Cs. too bad no IS.

They can get you an IS, after you purchase before shipping if nothing else.

I like it. Personally, I wouldn't pay for a VS1 in a round. But if you are an educated buyer who specifically wants or needs (cultural reasons) high clarity, it's the least offensive.

@gypsy agreed - unfortunately this falls into one of those cultural requirements, but I would have much preferred an F VS2 if I could find one with the specs. I will try what you suggested though to get an IS. Thanks!

@flyingpig thanks for the suggestions! the b2c one looks like the crown may be thicker than i'd like (am I wrong in thinking that?), and the whiteflash one is way outside my price range.
