I was shopping for a moderately beautiful diamond for right hand ring. I knew I wanted a semi bezel setting just needed to find diamond.
Shopping on ID Jewelry I found a GIA Very Good cut .88ct (6.2mm) S-T color. I was able to see the vendor photo of the diamond and it seemed pretty nice. But the HCA was not the ideal numbers for this diamond and the AGS cut tool was "2". So I wasn't quite sure how the diamond would turn out, but I decided to give it a whirl anyway. What the heck. You only live once, right? I am more than please with the result. Ecstatic! Introducing my warm surprise...

What a beautiful stone and ring!!! Do you already have it in your possession? In that case I would love to see some handshots.

I appreciate everyone's kind words and compliments! Im so incredibly happy!!!

I have always owned H&A rounds that were ideal cuts. I was surprised this GIA Very Good cut with only "good" polish and symmetry would be so awesomely Bright and Scintillating!! I am totally blown away by this diamond!! It is the perfect contemporary and conservative right hand ring for me.

DH always preferred solitaires and loved the semi bezel setting. So I decided to take his advise. This time i actually listened. lol Im glad I did. :))
