This is one shade lighter, called Lilac Mauve....
do you think you can mix up some grey/blue tint in the color too? still looks a bit more on the feminine side but its just my personal opinion though
I agree. Also, I like the darker color for a room that gets a lot of light. You can sample both and while looking on a computer is fine, there really is no substitution for getting it in the room. It can drastically change the color's appearance.

I think it''s perfectly fine if your DH is ok with it! I agree with the more gray version though..

My room is Behr''s Cloudberry, both my DH and I absolutely love it! Our previous bedroom was Behr''s Silverberry and we much prefer the current, it''s a little darker and more sophisticated.

Thank you Shimmer for posting the pictures! I think the Cloudberry looks very elegant in your room, especially with your white furnitures. We however have very dark maple wood furniture and black TV, so hopefully we can find a lighter shade grey-lavender that give the similar calming effect? I am also hoping for a subtle romantic feel, as my husband is not insistent on a gender neutral room.

Thank you all for the input, I think I have found my colors~
In this photo the Swan Song is painted on the wood stick, in the middle is the color named Soothing Lavender which will be the accent wall behind the bedboard. The other color card is a very similar color to Swan Song named lavender cloud. All bedroom walls will be either Swan Song or lavender cloud, with the exception of accent walls in the bedroom and in the bathroom (behind the mirror).
Thank you everyone for your valuable opinions. I love you all~!! :)

That is a great looking bedroom. I got ours done last week with all new furniture and bed set. I even sprung for soapstone in the bathroom for the wife.

Soapstone as countertop? Cool alternative to granite.
