a GREEN thread!

I love this thread! All of the greens are tempting me to start shopping for a tsavorite or demantoid.

Here's my garnet looking green. (which is most of the time but hardest to photograph)

(it has a big window but it's a fun gem and the craftsmanship in the ring is awesome)

Here is mine which is the process of being made. It is a rose cut green diamond which changes from yellow green to gray green in different lightings. It is being set in the wreath band below. Sorry that the pictures are kind of blurry. I am going for an organic look

I happened to have a numbers of green rings, still not able to find a blue stone I would like to keep.

Ack, PS just ate my post! A while ago, I went to a gem show (and started a thread that I have to go back and update) and found two vintage settings for my favorite demantoid and my favorite tsavorite. The settings were from Efrem Gilin and were an incredibly good price. One is 18k with tiny side diamonds and one is platinum with diamonds. Anyway, since both stones are green, here are the finished rings.

Wow, loving all the beautiful green gems.

Here's my 4 carat tsavorite cabochon. It's included, but as a cabochon, I don't notice them as much. I've had the stone for a while, but finally managed to set it.

Everyone's greens are just gorgeous!

I haven't posted in while, but here's my green: Jeff White asscher mint garnet, 5.14 carats, and 9.02mm! It took my breath away.
