OMG that bi colour tourmaline is to die for! I''ve been looking for one for ages but can''t find the right one and now here it is!!!!
Lucky you! (Ooooo the other peach/pink is lovely too).
Many congratulations.
Can you share who the Ebay seller is please? As you say, it''s unusual to find such well cut gemstones.
You know, when I first came to this forum and I saw that people were just buying gems just for the pleasure of owning them, I really couldn''t understand it.Date: 12/1/2008 5:57:08 PM

mmmm tourmalines! Do you think you want to set them? ...or just pet them from time to time?
I love gemstones because they''re wonders of the Earth. While you can buy a stereo, clothing, car, or other material object, a gemstone is extraordinary because it''s part of the beauty of nature. It was created over eons of time. I read that diamonds are probably the oldest rocks on earth (billions of years old). I think it''s fascinating to have somethng so ancient, natural and beautiful.Date: 12/1/2008 9:55:12 PM

Now I totally get it. Top of my Christmas list this year is going to be a large case filled with little individual cases. I think my DH will be horrified.
Beautiful stones, can''t wait to see your pictures.
