9.5mm lab diamond good or bad buy??

I did buy two other stones to compare both F color.

One is 3.55 that Kim N recommended. I got for $3,300

The other is a 3.68 with almost identical proportions of the one pictured above 34.6/40.8/58 table. I’ll post a link once I get confirmation I secured it. This one was $3,500. I pulled the trigger cause I like the proportions, decided I could cancel my next two hair appointments to cover the extra cost if hubby agrees to the cost and my cost saving method!

The one in pictures above is the 3.46 H Vvs2 34.6/40.8/57.5 that I got for $2910.

Last one I’m debating on is the 3.42 F si1 that is $2,800… is 4 over kill???

I’m debating if I will buy one. It’s $80 after shipping. I reached out to Continental diamonds to see if I could pay them to assess stones I already purchased. I’d rather pay them $100 and walk me through it than me playing a guessing game at what I’m looking at. But if they say no I will probably cave and buy one.

I caved and bought an Aset Scope kit. It should get here in time for the other two diamonds to arrive. I was going to buy a fourth but somehow that one sold even though it was on hold.

I have a back up at B2C Jewels… but not posting a link to that one cause I don't want it to get nabbed.

I am home sick today recovering from a second cold in 2 weeks so I was messing around with my diamonds and snapped some pictures. Seeing some darkness in the pavilion of the new diamond is what triggered me to buy the Aset Scope. Pictures below are a few of the 3.46 Ct diamond and also one of each of my diamond earrings and my shallow cut engagement ring. The endgame t ring was hard to get good pictures of.

Your pictures are terrific! I also think it's great that you bought the ASET scope. Looking forward to seeing the ASET images of the three stones.
 
@Kim N and @DejaWiz are you guys around??? I purchased a 3.68ct diamond from friendly diamond that is from an outside vendor and they just offered me a free upgrade to a 4.19ct with similar stats that is from their in-house inventory. I’d love to post the cert and videos of each to see what you feel I should go with but don’t want poachers to steel them.

I have to say I don't like either of them. I see unevenly cut pavilions and leakage under the table.
 
Agree with Kim N - I just checked both videos and they both exhibit a bit of cut slop as well as stria/grain.

Back to the drawing board :( diamond isn’t estimated to arrive until 2/23 and I need to return diamond one by 2/21 and Ritani already rejected my request for an extension.

I am maxed out at Ritani so no more purchases there.

There are no options at friendly that will get here before 2/20 I did request some more In house options. But it’s almost just too much to deal with. I’m afraid I’m just pissing them off now.

Maybe I can find something at another site.
