77 Diamonds Help!

New to this forum, but hoping for some help. Anyone have any experience with 77 Diamonds London? I"m based in Texas and would like to purchase their "Bahira" eternity ring to stack.

As far as customs, will I have a hard time getting the ring mailed in?

That's a very pretty ring! However, there are lots of us on here from the UK buying from the US as there is so much choice and often better value for money- are you sure you couldn't find something similar?

This company was one of the reasons I moved my search for diamonds to the US. Overpriced and poor customer service. Their initial email communication shut down as soon as I asked them anything technical e.g. about light performance images etc. This was pretty typical of most of the UK vendors to be honest. I reckon you'll do much better keeping your search US based....
