2.03 Carat AGS-0 - Am I getting ripped off?

I'm being offered a 2.03 Ct round AGS-0 E VS1 with ideal proportions/polish/symmetry and no fluorescence, 2 matching E VS1 0.33 side stones, and a platinum band for app. $37,500 USD inclusive of sales tax. Is that a reasonable price?
