1st wedding anniversary gift for wife - blue topaz

Hi all,

I thought my pricescope days were behind me, having finished up the engagement ring and wedding ring stresses, but alas I am back as the wife has been eyeying a blue topaz piece for anniversary.

My budget is around 250-300 dollars. Please help!
