I know, I know. I do get so many compliments on my set, but it's just not a good choice for me mentally. The prongs on my center stone are all scratched up which bugs me to no end, and I'm constantly worrying about chipped and loose stones (3 loose ones so far). I truly believe that shared prong bands should be enjoyed on their own, which is not to discourage other people from getting these sets -- but for my comfort level, it just isn't the best choic. Plus, I really love the look of a solitaire with an eternity band.

Do you think that loose stones are an issue with all shared-prong settings, or just with the Facets settings, or maybe just with your particular setting?
