She has a deeper/more intense color than her sister that's pinker and brighter. It is more ruby like, and apparently mistaken for a ruby by quite a few people according to higems who was as lovely as always.
Wish I had gotten a better photo of the duo today but this'll have to do for now

So Beautiful!!!

Yummy, yummy color! Love it!

Ugh, the color. The glow and color!
Spinel, she has my heart, hands down.
The shape and size are absolutely perfect.
Such a beautiful ring to frame her, as well:love:

Simply stunning! Just love your spinels. You are curating your collection very well.

I like how your spinels get better and bigger regularly! Enjoy.

Thank you! I love your spinels too:kiss2:

Thank you so much!! I had a lot of doubts and worries about the setting but it all worked out perfectly:kiss2:

Thank you! On the sad side, I had to let a few beloved pieces go in order to make space (in my wallet) for this one, but it was well worth it and I couldn't be happier with how it came out!=)2

Yes, it can be hard to let favourites go, but I learn so much about what to look for when I buy, that it has helped me become a better collector.

Same, and I believe most of us on here go through a similar learning process too! I'm definitely done with spinels now though, I have enough:lol:

Really? Thought a cobalt spinel might be in your future. I’m a big fan!

Maybe if I sell my kidney:lol-2::lol-2: They are amazing but not affordable at any decent size for us mere mortals lol! Blue sapphires and emeralds are on my bucket list but not anytime soon either. I've learned to be patient and am content with what I have now;)2

You certainly know how to pick these! So scrumptious! :kiss2:

Oh dear, oh dear. Good luck choosing which one to wear at any given point! I may envy the rings, but I do not envy that choice...

Gorgeous, thanks for sharing!
