OK...so I embedded the ring into some roses and placed it on her makeup table so that she would see it in the morning...She was ecstatic with the ring and is very happy...compliments were plenty at work...I guess ladies at work notice these things? Anyhoo, thanks for alll the nice comments....She kinda laughed at me when I asked for a couple of hand shots....In any case, here they are!

Well...I actually designed the ring...I have a jeweller whom Ive used for the past 15 years...we talk about what I wanted in a ring and I got a picture of the profile that I liked...We then modified it slightly and went with 11 diamonds so that there would be ample finger coverage...I was nervous abut slippage but she wore it all day and it didnt slip much...If you're in Ontario, Can, I'd gladly give you some contact info of the jeweller.
