1/2 Carat Diamond Stud Earring Help

I''m clueless, i''ve never bought a diamond before. My budget is $600. I do like the White Flash Ready Set Go, bt it''s $800. In addition, i wouldn''t mind buying a upgradeable diamonds from WF, but they don''t seem to have any small diamonds.

This might be a dumb question....but when they say they look like .75, do they mean .75cttw or more like 1.5 cttw (.75 each)?

For me, out of your referenced vendors, I would go with ID. Try calling them so that they can go thru their inventory and pick you out the pair with the best cut/brilliance. If these aren''t going to be a surprise, then you may want to show yor girlfriend the BGD ones as she may like that they will look bigger on her ear.
