1.0-1.2 Looking for photo IRL

Hi all.
I was ring size 8, I've lost 10 kg and now I'm ring size 5 I can arrive to size 4.
I'd like to see solitaire with round diamond between 1-1.2 ct IRL in hand with size 4 or 5.
