0.25 ct with no certificate, is it ok to buy?

It''s good looking stone but to lower the costs of such a great stone (0.25 ct, ideal H&A, F, SI1) they don''t have it certified. If I buy this, it sits well with my budget. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!!
 
It is not always a good financial decision to have stones that small certified because it could literally double the price of the stone! Do you have an idealscope to check out the hearts and arrows? If I knew what I was looking at, I could buy a small stone without a cert.
 
If you like it I would get it. I don''t think a cert is necessary on a small stone.

I''ve read somewhere that for stones under half carat it''s not unusual for them to be uncertificated.
