Did You See March 2023’s Throwback Thursdays?
March has marched right through and is not going quietly like the lamb, the lion has seemingly prevailed. That said, the enjoyment of jewelry is evergreen and we can visit…
You already know that this year’s Met Gala was the most impressive one in recent memory. The attendee’s brought all the drama, theatrics and history. Rihanna, Zendaya and Blake Lively managed to shut the venue down like we’ve never seen before.
The theme was Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination and it was rife with ornate jewelry and tons of embellishments. We haven’t been that wowed by the jewelry since…..well the last time we looked at Pricescope.
Why don’t you take inspiration from this year’s Met Gala for your next big event and pile on the jewelry. We’ve selected a few pieces to help you use some style insporations from Heavenly Bodies.
and Right: Emerald and diamond halo drop earrings set in 18K white gold at Blue Nile
If there was ever a time to bring these beauties back again it’s now. These are the very epitome of ornate, embellished and showstopping earrings. We can even envision them on a member of the Medici banking dynasty. Isn’t that the ultimate compliment?
Shouldn’t you jewelry be worthy of it’s own gallery when you’re responsible for commissioning some of the greatest art the world has ever seen? We think so which is why you should treat yourself to this heavenly cocktail ring.
Celestial bodies reside in the heavens and our solar system’s most important star is the sun. This bracelet harnesses the power and beauty of our most heavenly being and places it on your wrist. Because we all know true beauty is not of this world.
You may not have been able to score a ticket to the Met Gala this year, but that doesn’t matter when you have these jewels in your repertoire.
