Zales Setting

I swear, I have looked at a thousand rings, and I think I've found the one. However, it is at Zales, and I know that Zales isn't the best choice out there. I am definitely in love with the following setting. Does anyone know if they will sell us the setting and to have our own diamonds put in them?

That's a lovely setting - I can see why you're smitten!

It looks like Zales does offer a "design your own" option -

They don't list your specific setting but there's a pretty large selection there for marquise-shaped center stones. It makes me think that maybe the setting you like is just too new, or maybe just hasn't been requested before? Anyhow, it's worth asking if they would sell that specific style without the center stone. You never know!

To tack onto the previous post... Mall stores can be pushy. If you ask for the setting only, they will probably either say no outright, or will push you into buying a stone from them. If it would give you confidence going in so you don't get steam-rolled, just make up a fib and say that you already have an heirloom stone that you HAVE to use, is there any way you can just buy the setting etc. etc. Maybe they wouldn't push so hard if they know they have no chance of selling a stone.
