Z colour diamond rings on ebay

I have recently lost two diamonds from my channel set diamond eternity ring and was advised that they would be too costly to replace. I have bought a 1.45ct channel set eternity band (10 diamonds)from ebay for $96 as a replacement. The diamonds are Z colour SI1 clarity have I paid the right price or have I paid too much? The auction gave an inflated RRP of $2499.

Z color is the last rung on the color scale... the stones will be far from colorless. If you aren't happy with it, it was only $96. You can always give it away as a present to someone, provided it fits.
