As my search for a diamond continues, as you guys know, I returned the 1.638ct whiteflash ACA diamond due to a large black inclusion on the side. I came across another stone and would like your feed back on it. it's a 1.56ct G vvs2

HCA tool rated at .9 which is the lowest I've seen, but it's not a so called marketed hearts and arrow diamond. Has a feather in the middle of the table, but with a vvs2 rating from GIA, i don't know if I should be worried about that.

There are no clarity issues with a VVS2 stone. The numbers look good. Please post the magnified image of the stone and either idealscope or ASET.

A lower HCA isn't "better". Anything under 2 is worth investigating, but 0.9 is not better than a 1.5 for example. In fact if you go too low, you can get other issues creeping in again.

You really need an idealscope image to assess light performance. Can you get that? Have you seen the stone in person?

Thanks for the tip, I thought lower was better, sorry such a newb

The only way I can see it in person is to buy it and have it shipped out
