You can run a search for price comparison from the Pricescope' front page.

There are many similar GIA graded diamonds listed in the Internet for about $1,200.

Thin girdle should be ok.

I don't see any problems except the hight clarity Why not to go down to VS2-SI1 and save money or get a bigger diamond?
