@mrs-b I‘m interested…haha The reason why I got the spinel was because I missed the rectangular shape..I really wanted the emerald cut..but this has a mixed cut and keel. I hope it has a decent cut..
I‘m not sorry I sold the moissanite. I just wished it was a diamond. I should have kept that setting. I gave that ring away..sigh..I think I will make the same setting modified for a cushion.

I have no excuse for this. I bought it because it was pretty. No excuse whatsoever.

It's 2.17ct, roughly 8 x 6mm, untreated. Burmese in provenance. The photo is a screen shot and doesn't pick up the color very well. It's a gorgeous gem. I was looking for a grey with blue overtones, but ended up with a blue with grey / violet overtones. Very happy with this. Will set east/west with pear sides most likely.[/URL]
