I'm thinking of upgrading my ACA from White Flash... But White Flash prices are 4K more than some of the other Vendors for approximately 1.8-2 Carat on their In house diamonds so I'm considering other vendors.

Oh and these are their Ideal Scopes for the JA Diamonds!

Would I be able to find a H/I diamond that is a bit under 13k?

My personal opinion, if you already have a WF ACA you have been enjoying the optics of a superideal cut diamond. I would upgrade to another ACA and wait longer if needed to accumulate the money.

I agree. I think you will notice a big loss of performance going from a ACA to a non-ACA of the same shape.
 
My wife is pretty happy with a triple excellent diamond already. She doesn't seem to notice the extremely well cut ACAs too much. So it seems like all things considering she'll just like a bigger diamond and I know the optics may not be absolutely similar, but I'm sure most of the stones I've selected would still be brilliant. Maybe not as brilliant as the ACA.
