Yellow OMC Buttercup and vintage 24k snake

I am obsessed with my new 24k and diamond snakey and my yellow omc Buttercup! I will be getting the prongs retipped. Can anyone tell anything from the stamps on the sapphire ring? I know it is early 1900s.

That's what I don't know. Maybe? I just don't know enough about how the marking process works.

It is 5.2 mm and .6 ct! Not huge but it really pops with the colour!
