I am obsessed with my new 24k and diamond snakey and my yellow omc Buttercup! I will be getting the prongs retipped. Can anyone tell anything from the stamps on the sapphire ring? I know it is early 1900s.

Does that look like the maker's mark?

I also think it's a Swedish control mark.

I can't really make out the other mark.

Thank you! So JP is Germany and the other one is a Swedish control mark. So made in Germany?

That's what I don't know. Maybe? I just don't know enough about how the marking process works.
