Yellow gold ring with an I color diamond

Will an I color diamond have a yellow tint when set in a yellow gold ring with a 4 prong white gold mount? Also are all SI1 diamonds eye clean? Thanks for any incite

Will appear white to you unless you compare it side by side with say a D thru F color diamond.

No, all SI1s are not eye clean (this is a very general rule some use).
