I am currently in the process of making a RHR with a gorgeous 1.2 carat stone G colour. My heart is set on the setting.
Round stone in square halo and a slight split band.

My engagement ring set is all in platinum - and I always wear a yellow gold bangle. I am

My question is- do I make my new ring in yellow gold ? Has anyone got this ring and happy to share some photos ?
Or do I make it in platinum also to allow it all to pop ?

I’ve never seen this ring in yellow gold and not even sure it will look good ?

I’m having my emerald cut diamond reset into a 3-stone halo with trapezoids, yellow gold except rose gold halos around the traps...similar to this pic. I can’t wait! This virus is slowing everything down.
This next pic shows a ring I found in two-tone yellow and rose gold. They are very hard to find, but I love the two together!

I’m having my G oval diamond set in a YG halo and I’m worried it will cause a tint on my diamond. I’d love to see photos of yours!!
