This is the *only* non-blurry picture out of 7 or 8.

WTF, lol???

Warning, scroll down at your own risk.

Maybe they are looking to sell to foot fettishers ? Is that a word?
But gross! Who wants a ring that is on a gross foot? :silenced::snooty::sick:

:eek2::eek2::eek2: Nooooooo!

Oh my! Well the ring is cute but the feet, not so much. I mean, if you are going to appeal to the fetishers you need to keep those toes on point and proper, not this mess :snooty:

Lol!! Pass...

OMG:eek2: Gross!

At least it got a customer's attention. not a bad marketing....lol

BTW just curious if you would buy diamond on ebay. Would you be worried about the authenticity? I have been interested in some nice diamond pieces on ebay but do not dare to buy for the above reason. plus there is no way to return or exchange if the diamond is not as pictured. Would like to know how you buy on ebay and avoid the risks.

I wish my eyes could unsee that.

If the price was right? :rolleyes2:I'm just sayin'. Lol. Less competition most likely.

Obviously, this person has no hands or fingers, so ...

Ugh, gross!!

Ugh.. with some of the things humans can have wrong with their feet.. Warts.. Nail fungus... I don't think I could ever trust something worn on someone else's foot to be clean enough x.x

I hear you but you have to realize you probably already have...have you tried jewelry on, have you eaten at restaurants, etc. There is no way you can be confident that you have never come into contact with these things. You probably already have. And if you ride the subway as we say in Brooklyn...fuggedaboutit.:P2

Ha, I'm sure she thought she was quite clever. Since you said the other pics were blurry, my guess is she was having trouble shooting one-handed and thought Ah-ha! I'll put it on my foot and Wah-lah! picture is focused! Her foot is far from the worst I have seen, but indeed it makes ya go whoa.

That's a fair point. It's just people usually wash their hands better than their feet. (Not always of course) When my immune system was better I did not care so much but since it doesn't work like it used to I have picked up a lot of skin issues that I am not accustomed to having to deal with. So no I mostly avoid all of that. Especially public transportation lmao.

Plus admittedly I may just have more bias against feet since they are more likely to have nail fungus issues and any rings may not be able to 100 percent boil and disinfect all the teeny holes.

Absolutely true about it being more likely to have toenail fungus vs fingernail fungus.:knockout:

I will add that after I read "Kitchen Confidential" I never felt the same way about eating out. And yes we do go out but let me tell you I have to block my brain from overthinking things for sure.

As for the bling I look at it this way. Anyone buying bling cannot be sure that it hasn't been gross places. Even new bling because before you get it the bling has been with someone else. For me looking at it that way makes it easier to be OK with it because there is no such thing as untouched bling. I don't know if it will help you looking at it that way but just maybe it will. And I also feel you re the immune system. Mine doesn't cooperate either. ::)

And OMG I have a hate/love (in that order) relationship with public transport. I hate the germy aspect and also the occasionally scary aspect but mainly the germy aspect. I never touch anything without wearing gloves and in the summer if I have to touch the pole etc I make sure not to bring my hands anywhere near my face until I get to properly wash them. And we carry that hand sanitizer around but I don't think it is nearly as good as a proper soap and water 30 second wash and thoroughly drying of the hands.

Sorry you are dealing with immune issues too and sending you healthy dust and healing vibes. And may all our bling bring us only sparkles and blingy joy and may we wear it in good health.

Also WTH re the seller's toenails...you would think that seller would at least file her nails to make them look neat right? :geek2:

It has to be a joke.

So even if she was having trouble getting the focus there is always a table or really any other stable surface. I'm thinking it's just a haha, maybe she doesn't care if it sells.

Oh my gosh I know right!! Lol but you have to admit the seller was pretty gutsy to do this whether they were really trying to sell the ring or it is a joke.

On the eating out part I get you. My husband and I usually get our table and take turns going to scrub our hands lol. And I usually scrub again before we leave lol. And for bling oh sure lol. I can't be certain of course but I use a trusted local one and I'm fairly sure neither she or her fellow employees are sticking peoples jewellery on their toes to admire it. I always give my new jewellery as good a clean as I can possibly give it though the rare times I do buy it and try to clean my stuff I wear every time I wash my hands.
Although when we go to repair my halo stone I am totally going to tell my jeweller about this thread xD  I think she would get at least a bit of a kick out of it.
And thank you. :kiss2: Too bad we can't replace immune systems like we do air conditioner filters! :D

I'm gonna stack all my rings on my toes and try walking around,........:eek2::lol:

Maybe this is a person from PS who told her DH she would sell some pieces but doesn't really want to let them go. Hence the foot, she knows nobody will buy it but it still looks like she is holding up her end of the bargain!
