Sad, sad. I think she was a pretty girl before, and looked normal. I agree she looks aged. I think her slimy husband is behind most of this and her lack of self esteem. She needs therapy.

She definitely didn''t ''need'' it, that for sure. Now, myself I NEED it! She was a beautiful 23 year old. I think our culture makes women think they are not good
enough in general. It is sad for her. I hope she doesn''t regret it later. She didn''t do a repair, she did a re-do.
 
Agreed about everything said here. Why does she need a brow lift?!?! She''s 23!

Unless she had Cro- Magnon brow she did not need a brow lift at her age.

But she did have the money, though all of what she did wasn''t needed. Her surgeon, well.... no comment. He did what she asked. She would have gone somewhere else no doubt.

Unless you''re a 7-foot tall woman with nonexistent boobs, nobody NEEDS a DDD breast size. I''ve seen natural F sized boobs.. that was not a good look. If she goes that big there''s only one thing she''ll be able to do.


She needs some serious psychiatric help.

I feel really bad for this girl. She was stunning to begin with, and I don''t understand why she felt the need to basically self-mutilate. She''s 23...how many more surgeries will she put herself through before she feels good about her appearance? It seems like Michael Jackson syndrome. So sad.
 
She looks bad, no doubt about it.

Well....she dosn''t look like herself any more. if you had shown me that pic and said "guess who this is" I couldn''t have told you. It''s a much softer, more generic look. I think botox and the brow lift is what make her look much older because that "stiff" appearance in the forhead is assosiated with much older celebrities.

I can''t understand the big boobs either, unless she''s getting into ****. It is horribly uncomfortable to have boobs that big and it''s not a good look.
 
She said she got the brow lift because she has always admired Angelina Jolie''s high eyebrows.

Even if I could do brain/intelligence implants, I don''t think I''d make a dime off this Hollywood crowd.

I actually thought the browlift was the best thing about her new look. Not because of the frozen head look, but the way it lifted her eyes and arched her brow. Everything else looks ick to me.

I don't understand all the plastic surgery either. She obviously has low self esteem that will never be "fixed" by having a lot of plastic surgery. It all looks very fake and terrible.

ETA: I just looked up pictures of her before she had any surgery. She looked great then...and was even pretty.
 
Some of you have mentioned that something was wrong with her chin, and she was trying to have that corrected but that it seems she did not succeed. I''m sorry, but I have to ask: WHAT THE HELL WAS WRONG WITH HER CHIN IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!

I just don''t see it. I read the whole article, and I saw that it included a picture of the "natural" Heidi before she had ANY work done, as well as some pictures of her after her first surgery (the nose job?) and then the more recent pictures showing the results of her marathon day of surgeries. I can definitely see a difference between the three Heidis of course, but I DO NOT see ANYTHING wrong with her chin and/or jawline in ANY of the pictures! She mentioned in the article that some people were making fun of her chin . . . circling it on blogs (Perez Hilton, no doubt), and saying she had a Jay Leno chin, etc. I''m sorry, but I just don''t see it. And I think it''s horrible that this poor girl felt so awful about herself based on what others were saying about her, even though those comments weren''t even based in reality. And then she went so far as to have multiple plastic surgeries to "correct" her "flaws." She was gorgeous before she had any surgery at all, she was gorgeous after her first surgery, and she''s still very beautiful now (even though the new boobs are waaaay too big and fake-looking, IMO). I feel so awful for this poor girl.

That article was incredibly sad. She was beautiful before she had anything done and now she just looks like a generic, barbie doll.
 
She bugs me, as does Spencer. I''m probably going to sounds really naive in saying this but I''m surprised that people still WANT to get implants these day, after hearing about the dangers of them.
 
She definitely looks more generic. I think she still looks pretty, but she''s lost something. How much do people think these things through? She will no longer look like both of her parents. When she has kids, others won''t be able to say "he has your nose" etc. I think that''s very, very sad.

I actually liked Heidi Montag's look before all this surgery. Her more prominent chin and nose made her look unique. Now she just looks like every other bikini model in Los Angeles *yawn*
