That''s a lot of plastic surgery all in one go. I don''t think she looks bad, except for the gigantic implants, but I do think she looks a lot older. She didn''t look bad at all in 2006, but her doc did a nice job of her original nose and chin surgeries imho. I don''t think she needed anything else done, and it sounds like she is going to keep messing around with the knife.
I can''t stand these two, but it''s still sad to see a pretty young girl doing this much stuff to her body.

LOL

She looks horrible! And all of that work yet they couldn''t take care of her horrible chin???

I think she''s only doing it for the attention. They haven''t been in a magazine for awhile, so they needed to do something!!

I have no sympathy for these idiots.

Do surgeons have no responsibility to refer people who claim to be "obsessed" with perfection to psychiatrists? It seems very unethical to me for someone to do all this surgery on a girl who seems to believe that looking "perfect" will solve all her insecurities. I think she needs a different kind of doctor.

For what it''s worth, she now looks like every other plastic-faced (and bodied, I suppose) woman. It''s such a generic look, I think she looked much prettier before.

She looks like woman in her mid 40''s after a facelift! Would be a success if she was actually that age, but isn''t she in her 20''s? I agree it was done with the intention of doing a tell all in People. Except there''s nothing left to tell and no one cares!

I think in hollywood and LA, a lot of the surgeons are probably more concerned with the money than the patients themselves

This kind of stuff makes just makes me sad.

ETA: I should have said... reading about the way she felt (or claimed to have felt) about her looks and body makes me sad.

She''s only 23!! She really does look like an old woman now.

I just read the article, and it''s so sad. She wants to be perfect? Why?! Nobody''s perfect. I hope this is an act, which I wouldn''t doubt.

I don''t think this is sad. It''s stupid.

One day she is going to look back at that magazine and think, ''Damn, I looked really stupid.''

She did have her chin reduced....I guess it''s not very noticable?

I think that she looks awful. Her lips and jaw appear crooked in the photos, but perhaps it''s just the way she is standing?

I think it is so irresponsible for doctors to perform that many surgeries at one time. I''m sure there are way more surgeons who would say "no", but money talks and there is always someone willing to do the work for the right amount of money. I thinks surgeons like this guy give others a bad rep.
I love his answer to the question about if he thinks 10 surgeries in one sitting is too much. He completely dodged the question.

It is a shame, I think she was "cute" before. I see her point of being the generic sidekick in the begining. Then she had her nose and boobs done, and there was a dramatic change. I thought, wow, she really looks great. Very pretty girl indeed.

Now I cannot tell what I think. It is such a drastic change. I think knowing what she looked like before, and seeng the after - so close to each other, is a bit of an overhaul. She is pretty - but there is something off. I can''t put my finger on it though.

It is sort of like watching Michael Jackson change overnight... or any of the other celebrities that had some really bad - botched jobs... like mickey rourke.

Her implants look ridiculous! They look like beach balls stuffed in her bathing suit.

It has aged her. She looks much older than 23.

What''s ''off'' is that certain way you look after too many surgeries. I can''t explain it either. The Joan Rivers look. It''s like a doll come to life. Weird.

She was pretty before. Before implants, before nose job.

She does look very old now. Awfulplasticsurgery.com compares her photo to Daryl Hannah. I think Daryl Hannah looks much better than Heidi, she doesn't have that generic look to her.

Smurfy--I think you're right. LA is such a weird place. Starting next fall, my sister will be living there for five years for grad school, so I asked her to promise not to get any plastic surgery.

I would so never fit in in LA--I won't even take an Advil, let alone get elective surgery.

Why would anyone want their boobs that big? It''s obnoxious!

I didn''t even notice the size of her chin until she had the first nose job. When they thinned her nose, it just made her chin look wide. I think her natural nose balanced with the rest of her face much better.

I think she looked cutest in her pre-Spencer days. Once she started dating him her hair just got blonder and then she started with the surgeries. I agree with everybody here--the plastic surgery just makes her look generic and old.

That''s just sad.

& I agree with swingirl''s assessment of the implants.

Props to her husband for supporting her decision though... even if I think it would have been better if he had persuaded her not to go in this direction!

I.do.NOT.get.it.! I try to understand why, but I just can''t.

Obnoxious! That''s exactly what they are. Not feminine, or even sexy, IMHO. Don''t get me wrong, I understand why some women might get implants - but this big and in-your-face????

I''m looking at the "after" pic some more and it really looks like her face is crooked. The point of your nose should be centered with the dip of your upper lip. The dip of her lip is to (her) left. And I''m still seeing the uneven jaw line. She looked much better before. I wonder if it''s just the photo and she''ll look better in real time.

ugh, she looks so fake, plastic and old. I can''t imagine having so much surgery at such a young age... I can''t imagine that she will age well, which means she will be doing this for a long time to come. Boobs alone have to be re-done every 10 years...

if a woman like that walked into a restaurant where i was, for instance, i''d think she was beautiful.

and i do think she looks great.

but the way she looks is a credit to her plastic surgeon, and has virtually nothing to do with heidi, her mom or her dad at this point.

she could be anybody....

she obviously wasn''t happy with herself. and, by golly, she''s gotten rid of who she was and has recreated hollywood on her face. i hope she likes those people, cause she''ll be wearing their values for the rest of her life.

silly, silly girl...

Agreed. I consider myself to be pretty top heavy for my frame and get a lot of comments from friends about how they''re jealous, but I really think if they had them they would wish they were smaller. I don''t think most people realize how difficult it is to look modest at work and just to find clothes in general when you have an uncommon body shape. I wish mine were a bit smaller and they are NO WHERE NEAR the size of Heidi''s... she looks ridiculous.

haha that's exactly what I thought! Like 45-50 year old mom who had work done and looks good for her age. But at 23??? I'm sorry, if you need that much work done at 23....whats going to happen when she IS 50??? It definitely aged her a lot.

She said she wants to go bigger too...

I can't get it to load at work....

Is there another link anywhere??

ETA: Found something! NM!

She looked great after the first set of surgeries. I think its awful that she is so young and doing this, but on the other hand, its refreshing to see someone being honest about having work down and what it takes to fit in in Hollywood.

Is there a link for a before and after pic?

I tried the original link and it took a gazillion years to download and only showed the new photo...right above the horrific lips of Goldie Hawn..YIKES!

ETA: Yowza, only 23 and feels the need for all that. That's a bummer. I don't know much about her but from what I have seen, she is obsessed with Hollywood and attention, so she's willing to do whatever it takes to feed her soul. Sad really.

I think she looks gross.

A brow lift at 23?? Wow... I feel kind of sorry for her. She must be really insecure if she feels the need to do all that to herself. She was a beautiful girl to begin with. I can understand people who have 1 or 2 things corrected because they've always been bothered by their small chest or crooked nose, etc... but even then I think that should only be done if the person is secure enough to understand that their nose (or boobs, etc...) isn't who they are, it's just a nose. 10 procedures in 1 day is obsessive. Girlfriend would be better served by a good psychologist at this point than a good plastic surgeon.

No wonder there are so many young girls with eating disorders and self confidence problems when they're being bombarded with this all the time. What does it say to an average looking, slightly overweight teenager when Heidi Montag (who was already slim and beautiful) has 2 nose jobs and 2 boob jobs and liposuction?? I think society needs to put more value on personality and being healthy and far, far less on superficial beauty.

ETA: I wanted to add that I actually like faces that are imperfect best. I like a little scar or a bump on the nose or something else that makes someone unique.
