I would get a quote from DK on having an almost full eternity band done but with octagonal or hexagonal milgrained bezels.
Perhaps the stones could be grouped differently like ooOoOOOoOoo w/ sizing bar. Then you would see mostly the big stones.

Update. Went shopping today. Saw a graduated eternity band and loved the look. It’s inspiring me.
