I saw one on ebay the other day that was a .19 GIA graded stone that was poorly cut. Why? Oh, why would you GIA cert a poorly
cut .19 stone???

Why is that an issue? You send them a stone, they grade it. They don't pick and choose what they grade.

Use for this diamond: Make an example of it. The best jeweler in my ex-city used to proudly offer a "1ct $1999" diamond solitaire ring in his display case, right there beside his best merchandise. Looked just like the rings from the Mall. It's probably still there. :lol:
