I have a 2ctw tennis bracelet that is half belzel set and it is perfect for daily wear.
Yes, lost 2 at the same time!!!! One was ruby and diamond from India (gift from my FIL who knows beautiful jewellery) & one was diamond bezel about 4 carats. I think the problem was with the catches?Date: 9/19/2008 9:34:23 PM

Earrings! I really want some right now. I have my e-ring and a pretty .25 ct pendant, but I feel like something''s missing without some diamonds studs. If only I didn''t constantly lose earrings!

My pictures do not do it justice at all...but here you go! What I love the most (other than it is made of diamonds and gold) is that my husband totally surprised me with it one year for Christmas. I had wanted one and he knew it, but my DH is the kind that loves me very much and choses to give me instant lotto tickets as gifts, lol....so it was extra special that he went and picked it all on his own![]()

But the tennis bracelet became unstable maybe due to the design. I was adviced not to wear it by independent jewellers. The links sort of clicked together like leggo at the back & this was the problem. The top was a very delicate 3 prong and very pretty.
My mil has a massive 12 plus tennis bracelet and I dont think she has any wear and tear problems as it is a very heavy but unattractive setting.
If the design is dainty or delicate, the gold will wear as it is a soft metal. Well thats been my experience anyway.
