hey guys, which one would you choose/keep?

#1 (only GIA certificate attached)
Blue Nile, paid $9700 + I need to purchase a jewelry insurance
GIA cert.
H color
VS2 clarity
1.33 ct.
triple excellent
scored under 1.5 for hca
it is eye clean

#2 (3pictures below, diamond close up + two on finger)
Shane Co., paid $9600 + lifetime warranty
no GIA cert (appraisal paper from Shane Co. / it only states about color, clarity, and ct.)
H color
I1 clarity
1.52 ct.
very good cut
couldn't run for hca since the appraisal paper doesn't have any other info
and it is not eye clean

from what u posted the first one is probably preferable, but would need some more crucial information, like the GIA cer for example.

ok as i thought, the first looks quiet good from the numbers. Id say the 2nd is a nono.

EDIT: that said i just noticed the additional clarity charactersitics not shown ... that might be a problem but u should get some pros opinions on that i guess ...

If I were picking out of these two, definitely the one with the GIA grading report. From personal experience and many problems over the years, I would avoid Shane Co.
