Hearts/IS/ASET looks fine.

Are YOU okay with a stone that is clean from 10" but not 6" or closer? That's the only question here - otherwise it looks like a lovely stone.

If it's eye clean to your standards, then I think it's a nice stone. If you're not sure, go to a local store and ask to see a stone with slightly visible inclusions and see what you think. If you're ok with it, have WF ship it to you for inspection and see what you think in person.

if it's not mind-clean for you then maybe look for an alternative? WF has some G/SI1s that are slightly smaller that might be eye-clean.

I'd inquire where you can see the inclusions. If it's from the side or bottom, that would make me more comfortable than from the top.

No. I think you can do better. I'd prefer a non-hearts and arrows stone with ideal light return than a stone that isn't eyeclean.
